By accessing or using the services provided by Ronin Jiu Jitsu & Judo Academy ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, training programs, and events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility
Participation in our programs is subject to eligibility requirements. By enrolling in our classes, you represent that you meet any age or skill prerequisites as outlined in specific program descriptions. Minors must have parental or legal guardian consent.

3. Membership and Fees
Membership fees are due as specified in the enrollment agreement.All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.We reserve the right to change membership pricing, services, and schedules with reasonable notice.Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability
Martial arts training is a physically demanding activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, disability, or death.By participating in our programs, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to hold Ronin Jiu Jitsu & Judo Academy, its instructors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims or liabilities.You acknowledge that you should consult a physician before engaging in any physical activity.

5. Code of Conduct
Members, students, and guests must adhere to the highest standards of respect, discipline, and safety.Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of this Code of Conduct without refund.

‍6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations of memberships or scheduled classes must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy.We do not provide refunds for missed classes or no-shows.In case of unforeseen closures (e.g., weather, emergencies), we will provide make-up classes where possible but are not obligated to issue refunds.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, training materials, techniques, and branding associated with Ronin Jiu Jitsu & Judo Academy are proprietary and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or notification via email. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cook County, IL in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
